Katherine Ranero

Katherine is a recent graduate of Loyola University New Orleans College of Law. Katherine was born in Cuba and lived in Miami, FL for most of her life. During her time in law school, Katherine served as the Managing Editor for the Journal of Public Interest Law. Katherine was also part of Loyola’s ABA National Appellate Competition Moot Court team, where she served as an oralist and brief-writer, and later as team coach. While at Loyola, Katherine was also a Teaching Assistant for the Legal Research and Writing Program for two years. Katherine has three years of experience in data privacy and intellectual property law.

Katherine enjoys working at Casey Cowley because of the friendly staff and the opportunity to provide legal assistance to traditionally underserved communities.

A fun fact about Katherine is that she used to participate in theatre competitions as a child.
