Dell Pearce
Dell Pearce was born in Mississippi and serves as Chief Operating Officer at Casey Cowley Law. She moved to Los Angeles in the early 1980s, where she raised her daughter. Dell worked for 20 years in event production and professional fundraising for various organizations. Before moving to New Orleans, Dell lived in Atlanta and worked in national sales and business management.
In September 2019, Dell began her journey with the Casey Cowley Law Firm. She loves the employees’ diverse cultures and personalities. Dell has been a steady hand guiding the firm’s consistent growth, especially since the creation of the EL ABOGADO brand in 2020. Over the course of several years, her leadership has guided the firm in revamping its processes and growing its staff.
Dell is thrilled to live six blocks from her daughter, son-in-law, and two beautiful granddaughters. She enjoys gardening, painting, and spending time with family and friends.
